ONE LAKH PATTA DISTRIBUTION

Government land to an extent of Ac.1,51,475.04 was assigned to the land less poor for agriculture purpose in the District from the inspection of the scheme upto 31.12.2004. The details are as follows;

                     Instances have come to the notice of the Government that some of the land less poor are under encroachment of Government land and that large extent of Govt. land fit for assignment is available.

The Government / Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, AP Hyderabad has launched a program to distribute 1.00 lakh of Government land on 26.01.2005. A target of 3,700 has been given to this District.

Consequently an extent of Ac.5,328.18 has been assigned to(3,811) beneficiaries as shown below duly maintaining 50% ratio in favour of the SC & STs.

 In all the above cases ‘D Form Pattas, PPBs and TDs have been issued. The assignees are put possession and the ‘D Form Pattas are implemented in Revenue Records.

The Revenue Divisional Officers, Project Director, DWMA, Executive Director, SC Corporation, Asst. Director (Hort), Joint Director (Agrl), Executive Director, BC Corporation, Dist. Tribal Welfare Officer have been instructed to provide crop loans. Other economic package for development of land etc.,

The Government / Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, AP have proposed to assign available Govt.land in II phase in the month of July, August, 2005.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration has fixed a target of Ac.3,500 to the District.

The Mandal Revenue Officers have identified the Govt. lands and the proposals are prepared, as shown below.

An amount of Rs.3,72,000/- (Rupees Three lacks seventy two thousand only) is required for printing of PPBs, TDs, D-form patta certificates and supply of plastic folders to keep the papers, to handover to the beneficiaries, organization of functions at constituency of head quarters at the time of distribution of pattas and purchase of stationery & other miscellaneous items.
