7) Prematric Scholarships(BAS):161 ST Students are studying at (10) reputed institutions in and around the Nizamabad District. Under Best available Schemes. So for Rs.8.51 Laksh released and 8.06 was spent under this scheme. The students selected under this scheme are providing all facilities by the institutions besides good education

8) Inter Caste Marriages : During this year,2006-07 under this scheme Rs.0.30 Lakh released and One Inter Caste Married Couple was sanctioned Rs.0.10 Lakh as an incentive award.

During this academic year 2006-07, ( 136) ST boarders are appearing for 10th ClassPublic Examinations

  • Four subject tutors ( English, Science, Hindi, Maths ) appointed in each hostels
  • All - In - One, Gurukulam study material, Map Pointing, Graph books and Patalsala, supplied
  • Study camps were conducted with subject expert teachers and created awareness among boarders to get Good marks in the ensuing 10th Class Examinations.

Maintenance of Govt. Hostel Buildings ::-During this financial year,2006-07 under maintenance of Govt. ST Hostel buildings Rs. 61.20 Lakhs was sanctioned for construction of new additional living rooms, repairs to toilets and bath rooms, flooring white washing, painting to doors and windows. The works were entrusted to Executive Engineer ( SW) Nizamabad and are in progress.

Rajiv Giri Balya Raksha ::- Under this scheme all the boarders studying in (13 ST Hostels, 3 Ashram Schools and 3 Mini Gurululams ) were covered under insurance by paying Rs.20/- to each boarder to the National Insurance Company Ltd., Hyderabad. The following Hospitals have been recognized under this scheme and were intimated to provide medical treatment up to Rs. 5,000/- to the boarder residing in Govt. ST Hostels. In case of any accident occurs to the boarder and died in accident the parents will be paid Rs.15,000/-.

AP Tribal Finance Corporation ( TRICOR) ::- During this financial year,2006-07 ( 2189 ) Beneficiaries are to be covered under different schemes (Agriculture, Minor Irrigation, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, and I.S.B. Sectors.) With Rs.404.36 as per ST Action Plan. So for the following schemes were sanctioned to the ST Beneficiaries.
